Token Sale Started!

ICO Running until:

Warning: Don’t send ETH from an exchange account. If you do it, you will lose your ETH and you won’t receive GODZ. Only send ETH from an account where you control the private key.

To claim your GODZ tokens send ETH to this Smart Contract Address:

Each single ETH represents 2,000 GODZ tokens. You'll instantly receive 160 GODZ tokens (8%) form the Swap Smart Contract and 1,840 GODZ tokens to be claimed in our DApp (92%).

Token Functionality

The Smart Contract Architecture use GODZ to enable voting, issuance, distribution and control of the tokens in a formalized and standardized manner

Voting

  • To be published and to attract voters, a Startup creates a Voting Smart Contract and provides it with some amount of GODZ as an economic incentive to the voters, called the Reward, instead of paying that fee to an investment bank or some other centralized third party.
  • The Reward, an amount of GODZ, will be paid to the voters as follows: 95% to the voters on the winning side (yes or no) after the auction period ends, whatever the result is. Voters on the losing side will get 5% of the Reward.
  • All voters will get their GODZ back, plus their portion of the Reward.  So after voting the investors will have more GODZ than they started with.

Issuing/Swap

  • Once the startup has received a positive voting result, meaning that the majority of the votes were YES, the startup is allowed to issue its ERC20 Token, and investors then can post bids to buy some of the startup’s Tokens.
  • This issuance process delivers two results to be recorded on the blockchain: investors buy some of the ERC20 Tokens, which triggers the issuance, and the issuance takes place. Investors receive their Tokens, and the Startup receives the value that it applied for (in GODZ). Tokens are delivered to the Investors' Ethereum Wallets and the GODZ which the startup raised are delivered to the Startup's Ethereum Wallet.
  • If investors post less than the amount of GODZ needed for the startup to reach the target value that it applied for, the startup retains the unsold Tokens, and can offer them for sale later. Investors can also buy Tokens after the initial auction period ends, because the ERC20 Tokens can be traded immediately after they are issued.
  • This auction process for the startup’s ERC20 Tokens will end when quantity of tokens has been sold at the issuing price, whether it takes 1 day or 60 days. After that Tokens will be available in the secondary market, Godzillion’s Startup Market.

Exchange

  • When the auction process has been closed, the Tokens issued by the Startup will immediately be available to be traded in Godzillion’s Startup Market for Startup Tokens.
  • Using GODZ, investors can buy or sell tokens of the Startup they have participated in, or tokens of other Startups that are already listed on the decentralized exchange.
  • Investors can Add Tokens to the exchange, if they hold tokens from another exchange and want to transfer them here. These other Tokens can be traded for GODZ or ETH, or for the Startups listed here.
